At Arcadia Publishing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it and attach it securely to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
